Attila Adorján
Attila Adorján (born 1968) studied painting at the Hungarian College of Fine Arts in Budapest. He has received numerous awards and honors, including winning the Strabag Art Award in 2005. He has had numerous solo exhibitions and participated in group exhibitions, including in Berlin in 2009, the same year at SUPPAN in the exhibition "Share your Dreams – young art from the EU," and in 2007 in the exhibition "Central Europe Revisited I" at Schloss Esterhazy in Eisenstadt. Under the motto "Voyage sentimentale," Adorján was invited in 2008 by Lorand Hegyi, the former director of the Vienna Museum of Modern Art Foundation Ludwig, to the Biennale Poznań.. Adorján is now considered one of Hungary's prominent contemporary painters. His works are held in numerous collections both domestically and internationally, including in the collection of the Hungarian National Gallery Budapest.
